Obituary

Samuel Bellaman, 61, of Palmyra, and formerly of Hummelstown, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020, in a motor vehicle accident in Spring Mills.

Born in Hershey on July 1, 1958, he was the son of the late Clarence A., Sr., and Anna C. King Bellaman.

Sam hauled steel for Woolf Steel, Middletown. He was a 1978 graduate of the former Dauphin County Vocational Technical School, Harrisburg. Sam loved to hunt and was a member of the Middletown Anglers & Hunters. He was very proud of his Native American heritage.

Sam is survived by one brother, Richard Bellaman fiance of Josephine Popp of Elizabethtown; four sisters, Nancy J. Donar widow of William of Middletown, Carol S. Bellaman of Hummelstown, Patricia S. Books wife of David of Hershey, and Geraldine E. Bellaman companion of Martin Crowl of Harrisburg; a god-daughter, Karen Bellaman of New Jersey; his ex-wife, Michelle Phillips Bellaman of Texas; a brother-in-law, Frank Peters of Tower City; his three beloved dogs, Keegan, Macie and Brady; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy A. Peters, and a brother, Clarence A. Bellaman, Jr.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 28, 2020, at 7 PM in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown. Viewing will be held in the funeral home Friday from 6 PM until time of the service.

Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, is handling the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Central PA, 1500 Paxton Street, Suite 101, Harrisburg, PA 17104.
