Obituary

Fred Taylor, 68, of Hummelstown, passed away Monday, May 18, 2020.
Born at Fort George G. Meade in Maryland, on December 2, 1951, he was the son of the late Ralph and Elizabeth Belle Bowser Taylor.
Fred recently retired as a Tool & Die Maker at Venture Precision Tool. He was a 1970 graduate of Lower Dauphin High School. Fred was an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying camping, fishing and hunting. He was a fan of PSU football and Phillies baseball. Fred was an avid music lover. He listened to many different genres of music and could frequently be found jamming out to loud music.
He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Taylor of Palmyra; a son, Eric Taylor husband of Allyn of Lititz; three grandchildren Hayden, Brody and Luke; two sisters, Carol Miller of Myrtle Beach and Patricia Taylor of Acworth, GA; two brothers, Ralph Taylor husband of Melanie of Lorida, FL, and Robert Taylor husband of Sheri of Myrtle Beach; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Fred was preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Foreman and Andrea Stoll.
A private memorial service will be held by Fred’s family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Gigi’s Playhouse, 2503 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.
