Obituary

Bradley Scott Clendenin, 48, of Royalton, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019, in the M. S. Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Harrisburg on February 8, 1971, he was the son of John S. Clendenin, II, husband of Patricia A. of Middletown, and the late Shirley M. Weaver.

Brad was a Personal Care Assistant with Sweet Home Primary Care, Harrisburg; a former auto body technician for Faulkner Buick; and a former detailer with Enterprise-Middletown. A gentle giant, Brad was a big teddy bear whose main hobby and purpose in life was caring for his children and grandsons. A talented artist, he also enjoyed working on models and going to the drag races.

Brad is survived by his wife, Shanon M. Beers Clendenin; a daughter, Shawna Michelle Clendenin of Royalton; a son, Shane William Clendenin of Middletown; two grandsons, Cameron Pugh and Jaxon Pugh both of Royalton; two brothers, John S. Clendenin, III, of Royalton, and Michael George Weaver husband of Jamie of Enola; and one niece, Harmony Grace Weaver of Enola.

Services will be held at a later date,

Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, is handling the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart/Stroke Association, Capital Region, 1019 Mumma Road, Wormleysburg, PA 17043.

Soon it will be 2 months since you went to heaven to be with family. There is not a day I or our children don't think about you. We miss everything about you nothing is normal anymore since you been gone. We will always love you Bradley and no time will make it easier one bit..i hope you will be watching us and keep each one of us safe.. R.I.P my best friend for life

This has not been easy for me since brad been gone..i still wait for his calls but they don't come in...brad and I had dated since I was 13 we have 2 beautiful children together and amazing grandsons.brad and I had so many Amazon years together and so many memories that I could go on years and tell people ..brad loved me and I loved brad and I will always have his heart and he will always have mine. I love and miss u bradly Scott more then anyone would know..you will always be my husband as I will always be your wife..just wish you really knew how I feel but I guess you already know now

Thanks for being the best dad a girl can ask more like a best friend, an amazing pappy to your amazing grandchildren and always sticking and supporting us. I love you forever and ever dad ❤️😓💔
