Condolences

Condolence From: richard quaid
Condolence: Dear Rachel and family. We were so sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. We missed not seeing you ride by on your tandem over the last few years but know as we get older that it isn't as easy to ride as it used to be. We keep you and the family in our hearts and prayers. Richard and Vicki Quaid

Condolence From: Ed @ Sherry Powl Elizabethtown Pa.
Condolence: I was introduced to Bruce some years ago by a mutual friend Ed Horting! Bruce would always ask me how I am doing you see I have MS and he truly wanted to know about new research and medications and treatments!I only found out within the last week that he rode bike for MS ! Bruce never mentioned this at any time this to me sums up the type of quiet caring life Bruce had! It was a privilege to call him a friend! Ed Powl

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers go out to the Invin family

I knew Bruce through a church dartball league we played every Tuesday night. He was a very warm and encouraging man. As most of my teammates know, I'm not the best player but Bruce was always there to encourage me and tell me I was doing well, and that this is just a game, there is no need to get upset. He was a great man. I only knew him for about four years but my life would have not been the same without him. I looked forward to seeing his smiling face every Tuesday night. I am employed at a restaurant that Bruce said he enjoyed, especially one thing, the Reuben. Week after week he kept asking me if I tried it yet. I always told him no. Well Bruce I just want you to know the next time I'm at work, I plan on trying that sandwich. I know now every time I serve that sandwich I will think of you...And I can only hope your looking down at me smiling.

I will miss you so much Bruce. May you rest in peace

Condolence From: Rich and Bonnie Krampe
Condolence: Rachel and Family - We're sorry to hear of your loss of Bruce, but know he is in a better place. We will not remember him as the fastest runner at the Sunday HARRC runs, but rather as the most enthusiastic and supportive of everyone else.

We appreciate the many years of friendship and support he provided to the running community (while recognizing cycling was his first love!). How Bruce put up with all the "running egos" is a mystery we'll have to aspire to learn in heaven. See you down the road, Bruce! The Krampe's, Harrisburg
