Obituary for Rose M. Stuck (Saladini)
Rose M. Saladini Stuck, 96, formerly of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 3, 2016, at Cedar Haven Nursing and Rehab Center of Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Charles A. Stuck.
Born September 2, 1920, in Kearneysville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Agostino and Francesca (Angelucci) Saladini.
Rose was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Palmyra. She was a member of the Areba Club in Hershey and the Hershey Italian Lodge Ladies Auxiliary.
Her greatest achievement and pleasure was her family. She will be remembered for her love and kindness.
Surviving are two children, Nancy Stuck Garrick and Michael Stuck both of Palmyra; three grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Rose is also survived by a brother, Patsy Saladini and his wife Pauline.
In addition to her late husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, December 10, 2016, at 11 AM in Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 245 West Pine Street, Palmyra, with The Rev. James F. Podlesny as celebrant. Interment will be in the Hershey Cemetery following the mass.
Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, is handling the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, Rose would be honored to have donations made in her name to Holy Spirit Catholic Church Building Fund, 245 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078.
