Gregory L. Noble, 61, of Rutherford, passed onto his heavenly home peacefully at his residence.
He was born on July 6, 1952 in Lewistown. Gregory was the son f Ward O. Noble who preceded him in death on April 7, 1973, and Doris May Kepner Noble who preceded him in death on November 23, 2012.
Greg was a laborer and “Jack of all trades”. He was a 1971 graduate of West Perry High School, Elliottsburg. A harness horse racer, Greg was known at the tracks as having “golden hands”. He was an avid reader; a World War II buff; a Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast; and loved animals especially his five pet cats, but most of all Mommy the outside cat.
Greg is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Brenda Jean Messimer Noble, whom he married on October 25, 1975; one brother, Gary Noble husband of Susan of Newburg; three sisters, Beverly Noble of Cleveland, OH, Gay Gallagher wife of Jack of Camp Hill; and Deborah Noble of Palmyra; five nieces; and several great nieces.
